By 1929 Ethel is married to Police Officer Walter Scott Ramey and living in Chanute, Kansas6. Walter was born September 20, 1906 in Idaho7. The 1930 census shows that the couple has been married for 3 years and they have a son that is a year and a half old, Francis Derald8. In 1940 the family was still in Chanute, but Walter was now employed as a cement finisher9.
Walter Scott Ramey died in July 198010 and Ethel Louella Cline Ramey died in June 199111.
