I have been struggling for the past week on how to post this list of Corel Cousins Veterans. It may not be the prettiest list, but I am proud to say I am related to them all and I thank each and every one of them for their service to our country!

Peart Family
In the 1850 census of Kaw Township, Jackson County, Missouri, the Peart children are shown living with William and Rebecca Corel and their family. It is shown that Oney P. Biggs-Peart died in January 1850. Who was Oney? Is she somehow related to Rebecca Oney-Corel? The Peart father, Jonathan, lived Kaw Township, Jackson County, Missouri, perhaps as a border in 1850. Perhaps he was just unable to care for the young children and felt they would be better taken care of by William and Rebecca.
