Major Upgrades Made

I have already missed a couple of you, but I will not send out a notification of this new blog. I must admit that I am very impressed with myself. I did not expect to be able to conquer my two biggest problems on the site in just one weekend!

I do hope that you like the new layout, and I’d really like to hear your feedback on it. I definitely want someone to let me know if they find a typo or an error in any of my data. I am only one person, and unfortunately after spending hours getting just one page to look right in both FireFox and Internet Explorer, I tend to get a bit blurry-eyed and might enter something wrong, or something without reviewing all of my notes! Case in point is the census review of William ‘Carrell’, I have more notes that I missed on a William ‘Coral’. I will try to go through that this evening after work and put it up tonight!

If you’ve found something else, that you feel might as well be William, or something that should be considered, let me know! Especially with William, so much of what we ‘know’ about him seems to be nothing more than educated guesses! I’d love to know what you all think, and be able to post that on the site as well. Who knows… maybe putting all of our information together we will be able to pinpoint something and might actually figure him out!

Oh yes, one other thing. If you have read all of the blogs and seen the comments, you will see that Shawn has commented that he is not a Corel descendant, but that his great grandpa was raised by Rebecca Oney Corel. I hope that none of you disagree, but I feel that this most definitely makes him an Honorary Corel Cousin!

Wishing you all a GREAT week! :)

I agree, Shawn should be considered an “HCC”.

In fact, dispense with the honorary part and make him a full fledged cousin. This is a person with stories to tell about our ancestors.

And, on a personal note, this is my first attempt to participate in the national activity know as blogging. [No, I won't tell you how old I am]

Barbara… Hate to tell you, but I already know how old you are!! :)

But thank you so very much for stopping by and posting a comment! You are doing wonderfully! Be sure to let your kids know, I’m sure they will be proud, too!!
